Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS)

Der Job Satis­fac­tion Sur­vey (JSS) erfasst mit 36 Items die Arbeits­zu­frie­den­heit mit den neun Facet­ten Pay, Pro­mo­ti­on, Super­vi­si­on, Frin­ge Bene­fits, Con­tin­gent rewards, Ope­ra­ting con­di­ti­ons, Cowor­kers, Natu­re of work und Com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on. Die Ant­wor­ten wer­den auf einer sechs­stu­fi­gen Ska­la von „stim­me über­haupt nicht zu“ bis „stim­me voll­kom­men zu“ gegeben.

Die Sub­s­ka­len wei­sen mit­tel­mä­ßi­ge bis gute inne­re Kon­sis­ten­zen zwi­schen .60 und .82 auf. Für das Ver­fah­ren lie­gen außer­dem berufs­grup­pen­spe­zi­fi­sche Nor­men vor, deren Aktua­li­tät aber nicht über­prüf­bar ist. Der JSS ist in 18 Spra­chen (aber nicht auf deutsch) verfügbar.
